Gender - the debate so far - Elaine Storkey

The Lincoln Theological Society presents an open lecture by Dr Elaine Storkey entitled Gender - the debate so far.
Three years ago Elaine Storkey was named as one of the 100 public intellectuals by the Guardian newspaper. She is president of Tearfund She has taught at Oxford University, King's College, London and is currently a member of the High table at Newnham College, Cambridge. Elaine has held visiting professorships across the world.
She has lectured all over Europe and in the U.S.A. Canada, India, Ethiopia, Morocco, New Zealand and Australia and Haiti.  Elaine has been involved in broadcasting for 25 years, most recently with the World Service and she currently writes for a Swedish newspaper as their Voice from the U.K. She has written eight books, hundreds of journal and newspaper articles and is working on a book, 'Scars Across Humanity.' Elaine is married to Alan Storkey, an economist and environmentalist and they have three children. 7.00 for 7.30 at the Robert Hardy Theatre Bishop Grosseteste University College
