INEQE Safeguarding Group has been commissioned to conduct Independent Safeguarding Audits of the Church of England to make sure dioceses and cathedrals are doing all they can to create environments where everyone feels safe, valued and respected.
Lincoln Cathedral and the Diocese of Lincoln are currently taking part in this process.
As part of the audit, INEQE wants to engage with those who visit, attend services or worship at the Cathedral through an online survey, and we encourage you to share your views and experiences.
The survey is anonymous and confidential, and the results are received directly by INEQE’s audit team – not by the Church of England or the Cathedral directly. We would therefore ask you to be open and honest with your responses.
The survey is now live and will close at 11.30 pm on Wednesday 25th September 2024.

Please note, the only time an individual’s confidential engagement with the audit team might be breached would be in the event of a disclosure of suspected harm to a child, adult at risk or criminal conduct.
