Lilly and the Wave is the story of a small drop of water that dreams of becoming a big ocean wave. The story will be voice recorded and mixed with sound and music.
The sun was in her face, and she felt sooo good. She was part of a small ripple that little by little, started to grow, and suddenly, in the most natural way, she reached the sea, or the sea reached her. She started to merge with the other drops and for moments she felt she was much more than just a blob of water…”
Join us in the Nave each day from Monday 17 to Friday 21 February to help create giant art ‘drops’ for the beautiful Lilly and the Wave sculpture. The workshops run from 10am to 3.30pm and are included in your Cathedral admission.
