County Service of Remembrance

This services sees representatives of groups and organisations from across the diocese and county gather to remember those who have suffered the pain of war and conflict. Giving thanks for the sacrifice of others, it is a time of recommitment for us to build a better world shaped by the love of God.
The service will take place beneath the Peace Doves Installation and will also feature poppies falling from the roof of the Cathedral, which has become a poignant part of the service over the last few years.
