Join us for a sea shanty themed recital from our very own Lincs Effect
Lincs Effect have returned home from their voyage to Falmouth’s International Sea Shanty Festival with tales of storms, shipwrecks, pirates and mermaids. Join our choral scholars as they share some of their highlights from their recent tour to Cornwall in a recital themed on the sea. With bawdy shanties, lively folk tunes and haunting ballads, they bring the spirit of the sea to life in a performance brimming with energy, humour and heart. Expect rollicking choruses, rich harmonies and stories that echo with salt and spray as Lincs Effect cast off once more—this time from dry land.
This recital will take place in the Nave at 1.10pm and is included in your cathedral admission.
