The Revd Canon Dr Paul Overend has resigned as Chancellor, effective from 30 June. Writing to colleagues Paul said that he would like to thank them for their support and friendship during his time at Lincoln, adding, “The Cathedral is blessed with so many skilled and dedicated volunteers, staff, and Chapter members and I enjoyed my time with you all and learned a great deal from you.”
The Revd Canon Dr Simon Jones, Interim Dean of Lincoln, thanked Paul for his dedicated ministry at the Cathedral, and wished both Paul and his wife, Sue, every happiness for the future.
